NexTalent
"NexTalent" is a talent management platform designed to integrate performance, skills development, goal management, and career growth into a unified experience. With an intuitive, data-driven, and user-centered interface, the platform empowers employees, managers, and HR leaders to track performance, identify skill gaps, and foster continuous development through features such as OKRs, feedback, individual development plans, and people analytics, promoting strategic decision-making and sustainable organizational growth.

Objective: Solve the challenge of fragmented and ineffective talent management by integrating performance evaluation, skills development, goal tracking, and career progression into a single, cohesive platform. NexTalent aims to increase employee engagement, support managers in decision-making, and enable HR leaders to drive continuous development through data-driven and human-centered experiences.
Target Audience: Medium to large-sized organizations seeking to improve talent development and performance management, including employees, people managers, HR professionals, and executive leaders who value transparency, growth, and strategic workforce planning.
Context: An independent concept project, self-initiated, focused on exploring innovative approaches to integrated talent management and people analytics.

Conclusion
The NexTalent project demonstrates my ability to design complex, scalable digital products that balance business strategy, user needs, and data-driven decision-making. By integrating performance management, skills development, career planning, and people analytics into a unified platform, I created a cohesive ecosystem that supports continuous growth for both individuals and organizations.
Throughout this project, I applied a holistic UX approach, combining research, information architecture, interaction design, and system thinking to transform fragmented HR processes into an intuitive and actionable experience. The result is a platform that not only improves usability but also empowers leaders and employees to make better decisions, strengthen engagement, and drive long-term performance.
